Walt's Payments and Credits, 11th

The Eleventh Edition updates the materials on UCC Articles 3, 4, 4A, 5 and federal payment system law. It substantially alters the organization of previous editions to take into account the trend away from checks and toward electronic payment systems. This edition also significantly alters some of the text and discusses recent developments in payments systems, including virtual currency. A number of cases replace or are added to cases appearing in the previous edition. New problems are also added. The Eleventh Edition retains a mix of cases and problems to accommodate different teaching approaches to the subject. Its organization allows instructors wishing to continue focusing on paper-based payment systems to rearrange the materials accordingly.
