This module will cover how to analyze cases. You will learn how to identify materials facts in a case and how to use those material facts to persuade the court or predict the outcome of your client’s case. You will also learn how to identify the various types of legal reasoning like precedent, policy arguments, economic arguments, institutional competence, and judicial administration. You will then learn how to apply the legal reasoning in your own writing.
