Sherry, Tidmarsh, and Gensler's 2026 Supplement to Civil Procedure, 6th, Rules, Statutes, and Recent Developments

The 2026 Statutory Supplement will include as principal cases two recent Supreme Court decisions: Royal Canin v. Wullschleger (2025, removal jurisdiction) and Berk v. Choy (2026, Erie) as well as textual discussions of all relevant Supreme Court decisions and cert. grants through the end of the Court's 2025-26 Term and consideration of significant decisions in the lower federal courts. The supplement also includes the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and edited Advisory Committee notes, as well as the United States Constitution and relevant portions of the United States Code, the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure, and the Rules of the Supreme Court of the United States. The Supplement can be used with any civil procedure casebook.
