Sherry, Tidmarsh, and Gensler's 2025 Supplement to Civil Procedure, 6th, Rules, Statutes, and Recent Developments

The 2025 Statutory Supplement, which will be available in early August, will include discussion of all relevant Supreme Court decisions and cert. grants through the end of the Court's 2024-25 Term, as well as consideration of significant decisions in the lower federal courts. The supplement also includes the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and edited Advisory Committee notes, as well as the United States Constitution and relevant portions of the United States Code, the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure, and the Rules of the Supreme Court of the United States. It also contains proposed amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and to relevant sections of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure. The Supplement can be used with any civil procedure casebook.
