Rowe, Sherry, Tidmarsh, and Gensler's 2024 Supplement to Civil Procedure, 6th, Rules, Statutes, and Recent Developments

The 2024 Statutory Supplement includes references to two Supreme Court decisions and one cert. grant that came out at the very end of the term, after the 6th edition of the casebook went to print in mid-June. The supplement also includes the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and edited Advisory Committee notes, as well as the United States Constitution and relevant portions of the United States Code, the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure, and the Rules of the Supreme Court of the United States. It also contains proposed amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and to relevant sections of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure. The Supplement can be used with any civil procedure casebook.
